HOW TO USE?
Follow the instructions below to learn how to relieve your neck and shoulder pain in five easy steps.
- Place the device around your neck with the air pump on your left side and attach the adjustable velcro straps.
- To inflate the device, first turn the Slow Air Release Valve, located at the Pump Bulb, clockwise to close off the valve.
- Roll the blue wheel on the airlock down, so that the air passage is opened.
- Now squeeze the Pump Bulb repeatedly until the desired firmness is reached.
- Upon reaching your desired amount of inflation, roll the blue wheel on the airlock up so that the air does not instantly exit the Cervical Traction Pillow
