Exult Planet – Shipping, Refund & Return Policy

Please read carefully before placing your order.

By placing an order with Exult Planet, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

  • Returns are not allowed.
  • Exchanges are not offered.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All approved refunds are issued as store credit only.


2. STRICT 3-DAY CLAIM WINDOW

All claims must be submitted within:

3 calendar days from confirmed delivery date

Claims submitted after 3 days will not be reviewed under any circumstance.


3. ELIGIBLE REFUND CONDITIONS

Refunds (store credit only) are granted exclusively for:

  • Verified manufacturing defects
  • Verified shipping damage

Refunds are not granted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or modification

4. PROOF REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for review, customers must provide:

  • Clear, high-resolution photos and/or videos of the issue
  • Full product view
  • Outer packaging (for shipping damage claims)
  • Shipping label (for shipping damage claims)

Claims submitted without sufficient visual proof will be denied.

Defective or damaged items must not be installed, used, modified, or repaired prior to written approval.


5. SHIPPING DELAYS & CUSTOMS INSPECTIONS

Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Orders placed between 7 Feb – 24 Feb annually may experience 1–2 week shipment delays due to logistics provider notice.

Additionally, shipments may be subject to inspection by U.S. Customs or the destination country’s customs authority. These inspections are conducted in accordance with government regulations and may result in extended processing times beyond our control.

  • Customs clearance timelines are determined solely by the relevant authority
  • Delays caused by customs inspection do not qualify for refunds or cancellations

Customers may contact us for shipment updates. We monitor shipments routinely and provide updates as available.


6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
  • Once processing begins, cancellation is not guaranteed
  • Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled

7. UNDELIVERED / REFUSED SHIPMENTS

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in reshipping fees
  • Refused shipments are not eligible for refund
