There are all around us... Open your window. Take a walk or go to the beach. There is trash everywhere. We are putting together in our Blog as much information as we can so you can see what is going on around the world.
Do I need to create an account for me to order?
No. You can proceed without creating an account, but if you have an account is easier to check the status of your orders, your addresses and contact information.

I don't have a Paypal Account, Can I Pay with my Credit Card instead?
Yes. And for this you have 2 Methods:
1. Go with CARDINITY, which is our Credit Card Processor, one of the most secure credit card payment processor out there;
2. You can proceed with Paypal and click the Pay with Debit or Credit Card Button which is right below the Login Button. As you can see below.
Can I use several discount codes?
Unfortunately this is not possible for the moment, but we usually have different promotions going on so if you added one Discount Code and find out a different and more appealing promotion still active you can change the code.
DO YOU TEST ON ANIMALS?
Absolutely not. ExultPlanet is a pet-friendly and animal loving company. We neither condone, nor support the selling of products tested on animals. While we do not manufacture the products we sell, we have confirmed with all of our brands and they insist - they do not test on animals.
What if my Credit Card is declined?
If your payment does not successfully process or if it is declined when trying to complete your purchase, you will have an opportunity to enter a new card number or alternative form of payment prior to completing your purchase.
I placed and order but I never received the confirmation email.
If you do not receive an email from Fashion Nova within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly.

Why can't I find the item that was advertised?
Oh no! This is probably because our advertised products usually sell out very quickly so it may be that they are no longer in stock!
Do you offer free samples?
For to moment unfortunately we do not offer Free Samples, but we plan on having that in the future as we would like to also do wholesale for some products that might have an impact on entire communities .
Where can I find an ExultPlanet store?
At this point in time we only have an online store, but we are planing to go with a physical one.
How do I know you have received my order?
Do you deliver to PO Boxes & BPFO Addresses?
If you choose to have your goods delivered to a BFPO address, please remember to enter your BFPO and code number e.g. BFPO 1234 into the postcode field.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We try to reduce the costs for our customers as much as possible so as a BONUS we offer FREE SHIPPING .
How much does it take for an order to be processed?
Our normal processing time is between 2 to 5 Business Days, but our team tries their best to do this as fast as possible .
Where do you ship?
We ship all over the world, in the majority of countries with some exceptions.
Where do you ship from?
We have several warehouses around the world, USA, Europe or Asia, for the fastest shipping possible.
How much time does the shipping take?
The Standard Shipping time frame is between 2 and 4 weeks depending the Shipping address. In rare occasions can take more than that.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes you can, if you realize that it was wrongly added within 24h.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes you can, if you send us an email within 24h after the order was placed.
What if I received a Damaged product?
Please send us a picture with the damaged product, and after we analyze and confirm it you can send us the item and we will send you a new one.
This needs to be done in the moment that the package was received by you.
I ordered several Items and received only one, why?
For us and you to have a more cost efficient shipping price sometimes the products will be shipped individually, but rest assure that everything that you ordered will get to you.

Is there an order limit?
No. There is no order limit. You can order as many of our products as you want so you and your family can enjoy and protect Mother Earth.
Do I have to pay Customs Charges on my order?
Unfortunately ExultPlanet is unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by ExultPlanet. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
