Our Guarantee

We’re proud of what we make and we believe that once you try us you’ll fall in love with sustainable and eco-friendly products too. However we understand that not every product will work for every customer so we’ve made it easy for you to try our stuff without any risk.

We offer a full product satisfaction guarantee. If it turns out that a product isn't for you we will happily refund your purchase or exchange it for a different product for you to try. It doesn’t matter if you have your receipt, or if the product has been used (in fact we hope you’ve tried it). 

All we ask in return is your feedback on why you’re returning it. Your feedback is critical to us as we continue to formulate amazing eco-friendly products, so please be honest with us, we really appreciate it!

If the item/items received are damaged, please send us a picture/video at info@exult.com.co. We will either replace or refund your purchase.

If you purchased your product from our online store and would like to return it, please contact us at info@exult.com.co.

Returns

Our Refund policy lasts 30 days from the moment the package was delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We have no obligation to consider requests placed outside of these time-frames.

  • I changed my mind- You can cancel an order within 8 hours of the time you placed it. (Same day cancellation)
  • This is not what I ordered-  If you receive an item that is damaged, not the size or color you ordered, or not reasonably consistent with the item listing, you are eligible for a refund. We may require some evidence of the issue and you may be required to return the item. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. The return shipping fees are not refundable.
  • After same day cancellation period has passed, we will not consider refund requests unless the item does not arrive or it has arrived and it is incorrect or damaged.


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

Gift cards
Some health and personal care items.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

However, if the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and/or the item is not picked up from the courier, we will charge a flat rate of $9 for shipping plus return fees in case of refunds.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@exult.com.co and send your item to our RETURN CENTER: EXULT PLANET  6h Vrajitorului Street, Berceni city, Ilfov county, Romania 077020.


Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping & Returns 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 6h Vrajitorului Street, Berceni city, Ilfov county, Romania 077020

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not provide return shipping labels. (Note: We do understand some postage can be costly, we do not expect express returns. Standard postage is OK.)


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once the return package is sent, please email us a photo of the return postage receipt as proof of shipping. Please note, we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your item being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

Please do not return any items before emailing us, at info@exult.com.co, and confirming your order number with us.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund if we suspect abuse of this Policy or violation of the Terms of Use.
